The placement of a machine at a venue does not transfer, assign, or grant any ownership, title, or proprietary interest in the machine to the venue operator or any third party. Venue operators are licensees of space only.

Nothing on this website or in the submission of an enquiry form shall be construed as creating any transfer of ownership or any other property right in any vending machine.

7.2 Venue Operator Responsibilities

Where a formal placement agreement is entered into following a successful enquiry, the venue operator ("Venue") accepts the following responsibilities, which are acknowledged by you upon submission of a Venue Enquiry form as forming the basis of any future operational arrangement (unless agreed otherwise through the Vending Machine Placement Contract):

The Venue is responsible for ensuring that the physical location provided for machine placement is safe, accessible, adequately powered, and suitable for the machine's operation
The Venue is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of the machine's physical condition and surroundings, including reporting any damage, vandalism, tampering, or malfunction to Bodyshots Vending Ltd promptly
In the event of a machine malfunction, technical issue, or physical problem arising at the Venue's premises, it is the Venue's responsibility to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage, secure the machine and its surroundings, and notify Bodyshots Vending Ltd without undue delay
The Venue is responsible for any loss of, or damage to, the machine caused by the negligence, deliberate acts, or omissions of the Venue's staff, customers, or visitors
The Venue must not attempt to repair, open, modify, or tamper with the machine without the prior written consent of Bodyshots Vending Ltd. Any unauthorised interference with the machine may result in liability for the full cost of repair or replacement
The Venue is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance is in place covering the machine against damage, theft, and vandalism whilst on their premises
Any costs arising from damage caused at the Venue's premises that is attributable to the Venue's negligence or failure to act may be charged to the Venue under the terms of the placement agreement

7.3 Products Stocked in Machines

The fragrance and personal care products sold through Bodyshots Vending Ltd machines are manufactured by third-party brand owners. Bodyshots Vending Ltd makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability, safety, or fitness for purpose of those products for any particular individual. Users who purchase products from our machines are advised to review product labelling and ingredients before use.

Bodyshots Vending Ltd is not the manufacturer of the fragrance products stocked in its machines. Any product liability arising from a defect in the product itself rests with the manufacturer or brand owner. Bodyshots Vending Ltd's liability in relation to the sale of products is limited to its role as distributor and is subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WEBSITE AND ALL ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
